One year ago, we opened the doors to Elevated Direct Primary Care with a simple but deeply important goal: to practice medicine the way it should be practiced: with time, trust, and without false limitations imposed by corporations or insurance-driven systems.

As we reflect on this first year, we want to say thank you. Thank you for your trust, your support, and for choosing to be part of something different.

Over the past year, we’ve learned so much about how to do medicine better. We’ve built new relationships and deepened longstanding ones. We’ve listened to countless stories of how our healthcare system has fallen short, and while our clinic is just a small part of a much larger system, we truly hope you’ve felt the difference that time, listening, and authenticity can make in your care.

One year in, our commitment remains the same: to provide thoughtful, high-quality care that puts people first. That commitment is shaped every day by our patients and this community.

If you’re a current patient and know someone who might benefit from this model of care, we’d be so grateful if you shared your experience. And if you’re not yet a patient but ready to try something different, please reach out, we’d love to talk with you.

Most importantly, thank you for being part of Elevated DPC and helping shape what it continues to become. We couldn’t do this without you.

With gratitude,

Drs. Jennifer Gray and Ben Mendoza
