As our practice continues to grow and the needs of primary care evolve, we have implemented a modest adjustment to our pricing. For our current patients, your rate will remain unchanged for the foreseeable future. For new patients, we look forward to demonstrating the value of care that is no longer constrained by insurance, care where your health and time are the priority.
Pricing
Pricing is very straightforward. Your membership fee will be $150 per person per month*. There are no copays for visits. With your membership, you get all the access you need, including follow up visits, annual physicals, acute visits, and more.
*Price is subject to change. A 4-month minimum required. This will be reviewed at your first appointment. Price listed is for DPC membership only. Weight loss medications, consultations, stand alone preoperative visits and menopause services individually priced.
