AME Exams

Our physicians at Elevated are certified for 2nd and 3rd class AME exams. Our goal is to help pilots be successful through the AME process, whether it is your first AME exam or you have gone through the process before, we are here to help.

AME Consultation: $200 for 30 min consultation

Schedule time to review your case with one of our AMEs. We will discuss ways to optimize your application and what to expect through the AME process. No MedXPress application needed prior to this visit.

Class 2 and 3 Aviation Medical Exam- $200

*MedXPress Required

Must have completed MedXPress prior to your visit.

Computerized color vision testing is an additional $50 and is required if this is your first FAA medical.

Class 2 or 3 exam

Basic Med- $450

BasicMed is an alternative pathway created by the FAA that allows pilots to fly small, personal aircraft without needing a traditional, recurring Federal Aviation Administration medical certificate.

Waggoner Computerized Color Vision Testing. $50 for first time AME application; $200 for standalone testing with no exam.
